Ingredients
- Filling:
- 3 cups flour
- ½ tsp soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger
- ½ tsp instant coffee
- 1 ¼ cut brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- ¼ cup dark corn syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cream
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp cherry juice
- 1 ½ cup pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and brown sugar. Blend dark corn syrup, egg, and cream. Add dry ingredients and mix. Roll out to 1/8” thick and cut into 2 ½” circles. Place on cookie sheets. Put ½ tsp filling in center and fold over. Place cherry at open end. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350.
