Fettucine Primavera

Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 ounces spinach fettucine
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook pasta.

2. Saute veggies with salt in 2 tb olive oil until tender-crisp.

3. Cook herbs in 2 tb oil 2 mins. Toss with pasta, cheese, and veggies.

Good. Notes: Cut back on oil.
