Ingredients
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz. grated Monterey jack Cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. thick and chunky Salsa
Preparation
Step 1
350 oven
Mix cheeses in a large bowl
Grease 9 x9 glass pan (or equilivant)
Spread half the cheese mixture in the bottom of the glass pan
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and salsa together.
Pour the egg mixture over the cheese mixture. Add remaining cheese mixture on top.
Bake for 30 minutes
Cool and cut into squares
