Ingredients

    oz. softened cream cheese

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 182

    cup butter

  • 1 3/4

    cup flour

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1/4

    c. milk

  • 1/4

    teasp. salt

  • 1

    teasp. baking powder

  • 1/2

    teasp. baking soda

  • 1/2

    teasp. vanilla extract

  • 1/2

    cup seedless raspberry preserves (Polaner all fruit)

  • powdered sugar

Directions

Grease and flour 9x13" pan. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, sugar and butter on med. speed until fluffy. Add 1/2 flour, eggs, milk, BP, BS, vanilla extract and salt. Spread in pan and spoon 8-10 dollops of preserves on top and swirl into batter. Bake 30-35 mins. Sift powdered sugar on top
