  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 Cup Martha White Self-Rising Corn Meal Flour
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat oven to 475 degrees. When the oven is heated, place a 8-to 9-inch cast iron skillet in the oven to warm (make sure to coat the skillet with vegetable oil).

Mix all ingredients and pour into a warm 8-inch cast iron skillet. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
