Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. can yellow corn, drained
- 1 15 oz. can white Corn, drained
- 1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles, drained
- 1 2/5 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- salt
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the yellow and white corn, chiles, olives, green onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, vinegar, olive oil and 1/4 tea. salt in a medium bowl. Chill at leadst 1 hour.
Just before serving, add the cilantro to the salsa.
