Dates and peppered Grapes


These are a wonderful appetizer!

  • 2 teaspoons of Olive Oil
  • 8 red seedless grapes
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • 8 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • chopped roasted pistachios

Step 1

Pour olive oil onto a plate. Add grapes and roll to coat. Grind pepper onto grapes. Set aside.

Slice open dates, and flatten between your hands.

Divide goat cheese into 8 pieces.

Place each grape on a flattened date, and wrap the goat cheese around all, covering completely. Roll in chopped pistachios.
