Ingredients
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 4 chicken breasts
- garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 can tomatos
- 1 cup chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and brown chicken. Remove chicken. Saute onions and garlic; add seasonings, tomatoes, broth, and mushrooms. Add chicken, simmer 40 minutes covered or until chicken is tender.
