Ingredients
- beef
- 2 TBS oil
- 6 TBS butter
- 1/4 cup finely chopped shallots
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 TBS dijon
- 1 tsp dill
- egg noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles in salted water. Add 4 TBs butter to noodles. Heat oil and cook meat with salt and pepper until just browned. Remove from pan. Melt 2 TBS butter in skillet and add shallots and celery and saute until slightly soft. Add broth and simmer until liquid starts to thicken. Stir in sour cream and dijon. add meat and simmer until meat is done. Add dill.
