Mocha Mousse for 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 T. powdered sugar
  • 3 T. brewed coffee
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 c. whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1


Melt chocolate over hot water in double boiler

Add sugar; stir in egg yolks, one yolk at a time.

Stir until mixture thickens; remove from heat and let

Cool. Add whipping cream to chocolate mixture,

Blending well. Spoon into 2 serving dishes; cover

And refrigerate one hour. Serves 2
