Lemon Delight

Ingredients

• First Layer:
• 2 Cups Flour
• 1/2 Cup Margarine
• 1/2 Cup Nuts
• Second Layer:
• 8 oz. Cream Cheese
• 1 Cup Cream, more is good (16 oz. Cool Whip)
• 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
• Third Layer:
• 2 Pkg. Instant Lemon Pudding
• 3 Cups Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first layer ingredients and press into cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes; cool.
Second Layer: Mix second layer ingredients and spread onto cooled crust.
Third Layer: Mix pudding and milk. Spread over cream cheese layer and refrigerate. Serve with a dab of Cool Whip.
