  • 1 1/2 Cups Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 Cups Cake Flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 3 Cups Finely Chopped Apples, peeled
  • 1 Cup Chopped Nuts
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon



Step 1

Cream oil and sugar, add eggs (one at a time) and beat well together. Sift flour with soda, salt and cinnamon and add to oil mixture along with vanilla extract. Fold in finely chopped apples and chopped nuts, and bake in a greased tube pan for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
