Warm Cardamom, Vanilla & Honey Milk

Why it’s good for you: Cardamom is a peppery spice known for anti-inflammatory properties. This spice has also been known to alleviate feelings of anxiety — perfect nourishment for a cold, blustery day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown cardamom seeds
  • 3 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Combine milk & cardamom seeds in a small saucepan until warm.

Remove the pan from heat and add honey & vanilla extract.

Stir and let steep for 5 minutes.
