Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 11 1/2 teasp. oregano
- 1 teasp. basil
- 1/4 teasp. crushed red pepper
- 1 teasp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 teasp. salt
- 2-16oz. cans of tomatoes
- 2-8oz. cans tomato sauce
- 1-6oz. can tomato paste
- 2 cans kidney beans drained
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder

Preparation
Step 1
Fry ground chuck with onions until red disappears
Add remaining ingredients except beans
Cook 40 mins then add beans
