Decorator Icing

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 lb 1/4 unsalter butter (5 sticks)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Make a sugar syrup with sugar and water boil to soft poil stage (240 degrees). Beat room temperature eggs in mixer until creamy, then add syrup. Add vanilla and beat until fluffy.
