Mrs. Shumway's Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, cut up and steamed
- Meat from 1 cooked chicken
- 2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon curry powder
- 0.5 package Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation
Step 1
Layer broccoli and chicken on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch buttered casserole dish. Combine soup, mayo, juice, and curry. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions and distribute evenly over top of casserole. Bake 350 F for half hour or until hot and bubbly.
