Poblano Turkey Sausage Chili

Ingredients
- 2 t canola oil
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 T minced garlic
- 8 oz sweet italian
- 1 T chili powder
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/2 t cumin
- 2 poblanos, seeded and chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 c and 2 T chicken stock
- 1 28 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 15 oz black beans, drained
- 1 15 oz can pinto, rinsed and drained
- 2 T all purpose flour
- 1/2 c chopped cilantro
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 c sour cream
- sliced radishes

Step 1
Heat large dutch oven over med heat. Add oil to pan, swirl to coat. Add onion, & garlic, saute until browned. Remove casings from sausage, add to pan. Stir in chili powder, oregano, cumin, poblanos and bay leaf, cook 4 mins until browned.
Add 1 c stock, tomatoes and beans. Bring boil, reduce heat and simmer till thickened. Combine flour and remaining stock and whisk in small bowl. Add slurry to chili, stir in with whisk. Bring to a boil; cook 1 min or until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in cilantro and pepper. Discard bay leaf. Serve sour cream and radishes on side.
