Ingredients

  • Pie Crust:

  • Butter

  • 1

    c finely crushed graham cracker

  • 2

    Tbsp chopped white chocolate

  • 1/4

    c granulated sugar

  • 1/2

    stick softened margarine

  • Filling:

  • 8-oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1

    c creamy peanut butter, do not use old fashioned

  • 1

    c powdered sugar

  • 1/4

    stick margarine, softened

  • 1/2

    c well chilled whipping cream

  • 1

    Tbsp real vanilla

Directions

Coat 9 in pie pan with butter. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Chill for one hour. Thoroughly mix first four ingredients of the filling. Whip the cream and add the vanilla. Fold gradually into first mixture. Spoon into the crust and chill well. Top with non-dairy topping or whipped cream. Sprinkle with 3 oz finely ground white chocolate. Refrigerate until serving.
