Ingredients
- 8 Garlic Cloves (yes, eight! Those of you non-garlic-lovin folks can cut this in half if you prefer)
- 1/2 cup Tahini
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- Unrefined sea salt and black pepper, to taste
