Tahini Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 8 Garlic Cloves (yes, eight! Those of you non-garlic-lovin folks can cut this in half if you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup Tahini
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • Unrefined sea salt and black pepper, to taste
