Pie crust

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unbleached AP flour
  • 1/3 cup shortening
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 3 - 4 T cold water

Preparation

Step 1

mix together flour shortening and salt until it resembles coarse cornmeal.
add just enough water to bind together.
wrap and refrigerate at least one hour before using.
