Pralines and Cream Cheesecake

  • 2-8oz pkgs cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter brickle chips
  • 1-9 inch graham cracker pie crust
  • 3 tbs caramel ice cream topping

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Blend in brickle chips. Pour into crust and dot top with caramel topping. Using knife, cut through batter several times for marble effect. Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set at 350 degrees. Cool and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
