Blueberry Muffins - Bisquick-AR

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 2 T. vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed & drained)

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Use muffin cups or spray bottom only of muffin tin. Stir in all ingredients except blueberries just until moistened. Gently stir in blueberries. Bake 13-18 minutes, until golden brown.
