Ingredients
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced scallions
- 1 1/2 T. minced ginger
- 2 t. minced garlic
- 1/2 T dark sesame oil
- 1 t. honey
- 1/2 t. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a med. bowl. Mix well, rfrigerate for up to 1 week.
Use 2 to 3 T per fish filet, marinate no longer than 1 hour.
Cook fish using your preferred method
