Shred cabbage or use the pre-shred package from the grocery.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 2 grated carrots
  • dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • adjust dressing to the amount of shred cabbage.

Preparation

Step 1

Shred cabbage and grate carrots. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and celery seed in a small bowl. Stir to dissolve sugar, then mix with cabbage. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Adjust the amount of dressing to the amount of shredded cabbage.
