Ingredients
- 1 lb tri-tip steak, sliced
- 4 organic carrots, sliced
- 4 organic sweet potatoes, chopped
- 1/2 lb organic tomatoes, chopped
- 1 organic garlic clove, pressed or chopped
- 1/2 organic yellow onion, chopped
- 2 ribs organic celery, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 2 cups water
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and brown steak slices on all sides. Remove from heat and let cool.
Place all ingredients in freezer safe container or bag.
Seal, label, and freeze.
Thaw 24 hours before cooking.
Place in slow cooker and cook on low 7-10 hours or high 4-5.
