Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. onion & garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
  • 500 mL carton cottage cheese
  • Shredded mozza or cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and drain. Add spaghetti sauce and spices.
Combine macaroni with cottage cheese. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Layer pasta mix, meat sauce, shredded mozza; repeat. Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
Bake 350F, covered, for 30 min. Uncover and bake 20 min. longer.
Can be frozen before or after baking.
