Ingredients
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 2 slices of chopped onion
- 1/3 c. soya sauce
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Stir, pour over. Flip steak in a.m., when marinating overnight. If doing during the day, flip every 3 hours.
Grill on med., 12 min. per side. Cut in thin slices against the grain.
