Paula Deen's Cucumber, Tomato, and Onion Salad

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled, and thinly sliced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Tablespoons fresh Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 of a white onion, sliced very thin
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste



Step 1

Combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley, and onion. Combine the apple cider vinegar and olive oil, then pour the mixture over the salad ingredients. Allow to chill in refrigerator for at least an hour.
