  • Prepare ½ - 1 box Penne Pasta** according to package

  • Skillet

  • (Do not add oil) – Prepare the following:

  • ½ - 1

    box Tyson frozen grilled chicken strips

  • ½ - 1

    package of pepperoni

  • 1

    chopped bell pepper

  • chopped onion (optional)


Heat the skillet ingredients until chicken is thawed and heated through. Once chicken is done, continue cooking until vegetables and pepperoni are slightly browned on the edges. When the Penne Pasta is done, drain the water. Stir in Italian Seasoning and Garlic Pepper to taste. Transfer pasta to a large bowl. Stir in skillet ingredients. Add the following to the bowl: 4-5 sliced fresh mushrooms (can use 1 small can) 1 can sliced black olives 1 jar Ragu Roasted Garlic Parmesan sauce Stir all ingredients and transfer to a casserole dish. Sprinkle fresh grated Parmesan cheese on top (from the refrigerated cheese section) Bake in an oven @ 350o F for 10-12 minutes (until parmesan cheese is slightly melted) **NOTE: ½ package or box will make enough for small casserole dish. 1 package or box will make enough for 13x9 dish.
