Ingredients
- make a plain pastry for a single pie shell 10" pie plate
- 1-1/2cups1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/2teaspoon1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2cup1/2 cup butter flavor Crisco
- 4-5Tablespoons4-5 Tablespoons water
- roll out transfer to pie plate trim and fold under
- Filling 5-7 apples pealed or 6-8 cups apples sliced
- 1/2cup1/2 cup sugar
- 1teaspoon1 teaspoon cinnamon
- pour apple mixture into pie shell
- Topping
- 1/2cup1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4cup3/4 cup flour
- 1/2cup1/2 cup butter
- Sprinkle over apples

Step 1
Bake at 400 degrees for 40-60 min until apples are soft
cool Spoon whipped cream on to sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture
