Ingredients
- 1/4 C Butter
- 3 Tbsp Flour
- 1 C Evaporated Milk
- 3/4 C Orange Juice
- 1/2 C White Cooking Wine
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in medium saucepan.
Stir in flour unti smooth.
Remove from heat.
Gradually stir in evaporated milk,
orange juice, wine,sugar & salt.
Cook over medium heat, stirring
constantly, until mixture comes to
a boil and thickens.
Serve over cooked Chicken, Turkey,
Pork or Veal.
Makes 2.1/2 cups.
