Ingredients
- 5 Cups Fresh Cauliflower Chopped (bite size)
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise (preferably homemade)
- 5 Stalks Celery Chopped
- 4 Hard Boiled Eggs Diced
- 3 Green Onions Diced
- 2 Crisp Cooked Bacon Strips
- 1 Tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Tsp. Ground Mustard
- 2 Tsp. Paprika
- Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Steam cauliflower in microwavable dish (a few TBS was in the dish) for 6-7 minutes or until fork tender. Cool. Mix with all ingredients, chill until ready to eat!
Make sure you eat this with plenty of protein! Great with chicken or steak!!
