Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 1/4 cups Oreo crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- FILLING:
- 3 - 250 gr pkgs cream cheese
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- TOPPING:
- 1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1 - 100 gr Toblerone bar, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
CRUST:
Mix crumbs and butter. Press into the bottom of a 9" springform pan.
FILLING:
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla till smooth. Add eggs one at a time just till blended. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes till set. Run knife around rim of pan to prevent cracking. Cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.
TOPPING:
Pour caramel sauce over cheesecake just before serving. Garnish with chopped chocolate.
