Creamy Roasted Garlic Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 head garlic
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 scallion, sliced thin
• 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• 3/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Roast garlic until soft. Cool.

2. Combine sour cream and mayo. Add garlic. Add scallion-s&p.

Notes: Delicious and easy! Thinned it out with milk and used lowfat mayo and sour cream
