Sweet-And-Sour chicken wings

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 TB reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon granules
- 16 chicken wings
- 6 TB cornstarch
- 1/2 cup cold water

Step 1
1. In a small saucepan, combine the first five ingredients. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Place chicken wings in slow cooker; add vinegar mixture. Cover and cook on low 3-3 1/2 hours or until chicken juices run clear.
2. Transfer wings to serving dish; keep warm. Pour cooking juices into a small pan. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for two minutes or until thickened. Spoon over chicken.
