Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts, cleaned and trimmed
- 6 oz Bacon, raw & chopped into small pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4-6 Tbsp water
Preparation
Step 1
Brown bacon & onions to almost cooked.
Add Brussels sprouts and sauté about 15 minutes.
Use spoons of water to prevent sticking.
