Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hot pepper - ground
- 3/4 cup bell pepper - ground
- 6 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups vinegar
- 1 bottle Certo
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except Certo and bring to a boil.
Add Certo & boil for 1 minute.
Sterilize canning jars. Skim jelly mixture & pour into jars.
Seal.
