Ingredients
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 14 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Brush chicken breasts on all sides with mayo.
Place bread crumbs in a large plastic ziploc bag. Add chicken one piece at a time. Shake to coat well.
Place on rack in a broiler pan
Bake at 425 for 40 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
