Ingredients

  • 2 lb Potatoes, sliced
  • 1 lb Bacon, crispy and crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 cup Olive or Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Jalapenos
  • 2 oz Sour Cream
  • 1/4 Tomato, diced
  • 1 Large Zipper baggie
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Cheese, grated

Peel and slice up the potatoes into about 1/4″ disks. Add them into the zipper bag and drizzle the oil into it, then add the spices and shake it up until all the potatoes are evenly coated. Grill them until they are golden on both sides. Start layering them with with the cheeses and bacon. Put them in the oven to broil at 350 degrees for a few minutes to melt together. Top with sour cleam, jalapeno slices, diced tomato and chopped cilantro
