Ingredients
- 1 small fryer or 4 chicken breasts
- 2 small cans chopped green chillies
- 1 large can canned milk
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- grated longhorn cheese
- 2 Tbls. butter
- salt, pepper, and garlic salt
- 1 medium bag dorritos
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan. Add chopped onion and saute just until tender. Add soup, milk, and chillies. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste. Stir until well blended. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add cooked and boned chicken and bring to a second slow boil. Line 9x13 baking dish with dorritos. Pour chicken mixture over dorritos. Put grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 until cheese is completely melted.
