Apple Donut Muffins

Ingredients

• Muffin
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 3/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1/3 cup shortening or butter
• 1 beaten egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup chopped apples

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients, Cut in shortening. Add the egg,milk and apple and fold in gently.


sprinkle tops with cinnamon and sugar.
