Crunchy Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces neufchatel cheese
  • 3/4 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 8 ounces waterchestnut, canned, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cheese-garlic. Add spinach. Chill at least 4 hours.
