Roast Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 12 small red potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • garlic

Preparation

Step 1

350 degree oven
Place potatoes on large piece of aluminum foil. Spoon oil over potatoes and rotate them. Season with salt and pepper and top with the herbs. Fold up edges to create a secure package. Bake until tender about 30-40 mins.
