Ingredients

• 3 sweet onions, sliced thin
• 1 whole garlic bulb, minced
• 1 red onion thinly sliced
• 3 shallots, thinly sliced
• Margarine, 1 tub
• 2 tsp. sugar
• 2 Tablespoons worcheshire sauce
• 5 oz. wine
• 6-10 cups veg. broth
