Apple Coffee Cake

Make in round tart pan, or double and use sheet pan

Ingredients

• Mix the following for the dough:
• 1 c. flour
• 1 1/2 t. baking powder
• 3 T. Sugar
• 3 T. soft butter
• salt
• beaten egg
• 1/4 c. warm milk
• 2-3 apples
• cinnamon/sugar mix

Preparation

Step 1

Grease pan

Mix first 6 ingredients, add warm milk slowly, enough to be spreadable in pan.

Peel & slice 2 apples,any kind, place kind of standing in rows (2)stuckk slightly in dough. Sprinkle sugar a good amount over apples & crust, then your cinnamon
Dot with butter........

Bake 350 30 minutes
