Butterscotch-Pecan Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter, softened
  • 1 (8oz) pckg cream cheese, softened
  • 2-1/4 c. sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2-2/3 c. flour
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. butterscotch morsels

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter & cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed for 5 to 7 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, beating just until yellow disappears.
Gradually add flour.
Stir in flavoring, pecans & morsels.
Spoon into a greased & floured bundt cake pan.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour & 20 mins until center comes out clean.
