  • 3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • FILLING
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • confectioners' sugar for dusting
  • Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a 9"X9" baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on the sides, and lightly spray with nonstick spray. Mix together the melted butter and brown sugar. Set aside.
