Ingredients
- 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup finely shredded red cabbage
- 1 medium-size Granny Smith apple, cut into thin strips
- 3/4 cup loosely packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Vinaigrette
- Fresh Lemon Vinaigrette
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 large garlic clove, pressed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 7 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1
Toss together green cabbage, red cabbage, apple, parsley, and Fresh Lemon Vinaigrette.
Fresh Lemon Vinaigrette
Whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, sugar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add olive oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking constantly, until blended. Serve immediately, or store in refrigerator up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature, and whisk until blended before serving.
