Honey Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 3 cups plain whole-milk yogurt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup wildflower or clover honey
  • Grated zest of 1 lemon
  • Pinch Salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, cream, honey, lemon zest, and salt until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until very cold, at least 2 hours or up to 1 day.

Pour the cold yogurt mix into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
