PEPPER JELLY

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. ground bell pepper
  • 3/4 c. ground red hot pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 6 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 bottle fruit pectin

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, except pectin in a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Remove from high heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Add fruit pectin and pour into jelly jars and seal.
